for a title i thought of the name of the Something with Numbers song "chase the chaser" since both of the people in it look of authority (one more than the other, the man in front of some sort of ex-bad-cop-on-the-run...)i do really like this piece and how you incorporated your "moroccan man" into it.
"camel culprit spotted, if only he weren't a mirage made up of splattered ink" or "perhaps if the cops used Duracell, his flashlight would have shown the man they think they see is only a splotched wall" those are more like captions than titles but maybe they can be condensed.
Lovin' this intertextuality, and it took me a while to interpret all the detail and see the "bigger picture" ha. Without seeing the following blog post, I wasn't quite sure what was happening. Here's a stab: Dark night meets new nemesis.

Camille et Leon.
[must it make sense?]
"Eat the villain"
"camel culprit spotted, if only he weren't a mirage made up of splattered ink"
or
"perhaps if the cops used Duracell, his flashlight would have shown the man they think they see is only a splotched wall"
those are more like captions than titles but maybe they can be condensed.

WHISTLE bloweR
I'm almost absolutely fairly nearly positive this piece was done by a good friend of mine.
...that's not my contribution for a title. Just one of those crazy, cosmos aligning coincidences.
